Who is WOFA ?
Waves of Freedom Switzerland (WOFA) is an independent Swiss humanitarian non-profit organization.
It provides humanitarian, medical, social, and psychological assistance to vulnerable populations, organizes relief missions, and carries out awareness and civic engagement initiatives.
WOFA operates under an elected and independent associative governance structure.
Donations help fund ongoing humanitarian actions as well as the essential costs required to carry them out.
Our Ongoing Projects
MEDICAL MISSION 2026
Logistical and medical support for an international humanitarian mission.
Funds raised are used exclusively to finance medicines and medical equipment.
CIVILIAN FLOTILLA 2026
Global Sumud Switzerland is the Swiss branch of Global Sumud Flotilla and the organizer of the Swiss delegation for the 2026 civilian flotilla.
WOFA supports the Swiss coordination of this humanitarian initiative, which aims to contribute to the delivery of civilian aid in accordance with international law.
CIVILIAN FLOTILLA 2025 – LEGAL COMPONENT
WOFA supports efforts to document, analyze, and manage aspects related to international law.
This work contributes to:
• the protection of civilian volunteers
• the documentation of humanitarian law violations
• the defense of universal legal principles

Notre objectif
À Gaza, l’urgence humanitaire est absolue. Il faut que des bateaux partent sans délai pour acheminer une aide vitale. L’association Waves of Freedom rejoint la Global Sumud Flotilla, aux côtés de citoyens de plus de 40 pays, pour briser le blocus et ouvrir un couloir humanitaire vers la Palestine. La délégation suisse se prépare et recherche 5 bateaux pour participer au mouvement international vers Gaza.
Coordination de la flottille humanitaire
WOFA organise la coordination logistique de la flottille : mobilisation des équipages, préparation des cargaisons humanitaires, mise en lien des partenaires. Nous travaillons jour et nuit afin qu’un départ soit possible et que l’aide parvienne à Gaza dans les meilleures conditions possibles.
