This website is operated by Waves of Freedom Switzerland (WOFA), a non-profit, citizen-led initiative representing the Swiss delegation of the Global Sumud Flotilla. This page outlines how we collect and use your data, your rights under Swiss and EU law, and our terms of website use.

- Email address: collected when you sign up for our newsletter or contact us.
- Usage data: collected via Google Analytics (e.g., browser, device, page visits, IP address) for statistical purposes only.

- Captcha: We use Infomaniak Captcha to protect newsletter and contact forms.
- Donations: processed via HappyPot.ch, whose policies apply during transactions.

Your data is never sold or used for advertising. It is only shared with:
- Infomaniak: for newsletter and email handling.
- Google Analytics: to track anonymized visitor statistics (no profiling).
- HappyPot: for donation processing (see their Privacy Policy).
